Carbarita Press is a small not-for-profit publisher of hard copy books, largely those produced by the two owners of Carbarita Press, Brian Coman and Harry Oldmeadow. Further information on their background can be found on the ABOUT US page. A list of their books can also be found on the PUBLICATIONS page. Some of these will be available for free online viewing and reading via this site. Other and larger books may be available from the authors as free PDF files, but you will need to contact the site administator for details. Please note that we do not normally publish books from other authors unless by special arrangement.
But our site is much more than a simple book publishing site. Both owners have a shared interest in Perennialist/Traditionalist literature and a special blog post is featured on the site. Potential contributors can have their contributions published here, but all contributions must first be approved by the owners. Other blog posts on the site include those dealing with philosophy (especially the moral philosophy of Alasdair MacIntyre), Photography ( a shared hobby of the site owners), the world of cinema, and local history. Contibutions in all these areas will be accepted subject, again, to moderation by the site owners.
